The Well-being in Hong Kong (WBHK) Website is searching for a logo. The winners will receive total HKD$4,500 in prizes. We are inviting your submission of design (til 15 31 May 2016).

Prize
The champion of the competition will receive HKD$3,000;
3 consolation prizes will be selected and each awardee will receive HKD$500.
How to enter the competition
- Participants must submit logo entries by email attachment to logo@wellbeing.hku.hk with the subject heading “Wellbeing in HK Logo Design” or by online ‘Contact Us‘ form. Logos should be received mailbox by the deadline –
15th31st May 2016 (no later than 11:59 p.m. Hong Kong time, +8 GMT). - The entries must be submitted in PDF or JPG (300 dpi). See the Submission Guidelines below for further information.
- The email must include the full name (must be same as the one on HKID) and phone number of the Entrant.
- Entries must conform to the Submission Guidelines set out below and those that fail to do so will be disqualified.
We will attempt to acknowledge all entries within one week of receipt. CSRP cannot be held responsible for entries or responses lost in e-mail.
Judging Standards
All entries will be judged by the 4-people Panel, members of the Panel includes Prof. Paul Yip, Professor in Department of Social Work and Social Administration, University of Hong Kong, two members of the Well-being in Hong Kong (WBHK) Website core team, and one independent external member with experience in graphic design. The Panel will made their judgment base on the following criteria:
- Creative concept
- Colour usage
- Applicability
- Flexibility
- Potential meaning
Submission guidelines
Definitions: “Entry” means a logo design created by the Entrant for this Contest. “Entrant” means the individual that offers the Entry under the terms of this Contest.
- The purpose of the contest is to design a logo for “Wellbeing in Hong Kong” website (https://wellbeing.hku.hk). The logo will be used online, in print, and on merchandise. The design of the logo should capture the essence of the goals of the website. Design should also be simple and easy to read.
- Flexibility is a key requirement, including the need to resize easily and to look good in colour. The final version of the logo will need to be suitable for high quality printing.
- Entrants should ensure that their submissions are their original work and have not yet been previously used for any other purpose by any other entity.
- Any fonts, image and any other design elements used in the logos must be free from copyright and if with copyright, this must be transferrable to CSRP.
- When selected as the winning logo, the designer will be asked to render or provide CSRP the high quality or the vector format of the design.
